@QuinnyPig @monkchips So Git by design is decentralized, I think the challenge is as teams we ultimately need something centralized. Then there are the features, and ease of setup, that GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket have given that push us to use those.

@royboy789 Ah, yeah, that’s a good point. I do use WhatsApp for some international communication as well.

@AlexStandiford I think it is important to understand HTML without CSS. I see too often people that have learned “modern” web development that don’t have a clear grasp on the basics. You shouldn’t be using SASS/JS frameworks/PHP(etc) to build websites without understanding HTML->CSS->JS.

@royboy789 Seems like if it’s going to be monitored what’s the point of having Signal or Telegram, sure they aren’t Facebook/Google/Apple, but then why don’t we just stick with SMS? 🤷🏻‍♂️
