@redcrew Good call. I can’t remember how many times it’s been that I’ve taken example code as a guide only to find out, after much frustration, it was for the wrong version I was working with.
@angiemeeker I’d still pursue digging in. I’ve setup Square Space sites for clients as an alternative to a WordPress site because it fit their needs. I might prefer WordPress but I’m always going to do my best to serve my clients needs not my preference.
@angiemeeker I never took much time to delve into their theme development docs, but when it came to clients requiring something beyond basic/standard e-commerce, their platform is pretty restrictive. I had to setup a client with a WooCommerce site in order to meet requirements.
