@Box are you aware that your 2FA/MFA setup is completely broken? Besides the fact that you don’t support multiple 2FA methods, which is just dumb, after removing a working SMS 2FA I can no longer setup any 2FA because your system is is returning CORS errors and 404 not found.

@karks88 @redcrew And frustrating as I completely blew away a whole new project setup because I thought that I had setup something wrong, only to figure out by trying again with WordPress 5.8.3 that this was a 5.9 problem and nothing to do with me, or my setup.
@karks88 @redcrew No this was a fresh local install in a Docker environment. Switching to a WordPress 5.8.3 install in the same local environment worked exactly as expected.
